Sarah Al Shaban ..The Adrenaline Junkie!

We chose Sarah Al Shaban for this month because we know that this young woman many dimensions; she works as nutritionist in a Kuwaiti hospital and has many sport activities.

What is your passion in life?

Exploration and try every new and different thing.

What do you usually do in your spare time?

It is rare to find spare time; I usually work from 6 to 12 hours daily, but if I do have spare time I like to spend it with my family or in the gym.

An experience you would enjoy?

I would really like to try the Ironman Championships.

When did you find yourself?

I loved sports since my childhood; it is actually a piece of me. My love for sport has developed after I joined Kick Boxing classes while studying in Manchester then my passion evolved to running for long distances, taekwondo, and car racing.

How do you describe your style?

Casual Sport most of the times and formal with high heels if needed.

What is your golden nutrition advice?

Drink a lot of water.

Do you think that friendship is an important factor in life?

Very important and I think that making new friends is one of my hobbies.

 

An adventure you would like to experience?

Motorcycle road trip starts from South America.

The best country you traveled to?

A cruise in Europe where we visited Greece, Turkey and Italy.

What makes you different from the others?

I am courageous and do not hesitate to do all the crazy things that makes my heart beat.

What makes your life interesting?

Latin music, travel and food.

When do you feel like a child?

When I do some things without fear or hesitation.

What is love for you?

Love is belonging without hesitation; it is an act not just a word.

What does being a woman means to you?

The woman for me is a symbol of integrity, physical beauty, sympathy, passion, ambition, and wisdom. I believe that every woman deserve the best.

Do you think that you are a successful woman?

I work hard to achieve success in my life, for me success is an addiction. I do not know if I can say that I am a successful woman; Life still is giving me many opportunities that must I have to prove myself in. I certainly believe that happiness itself is a big part of success.

How do you overcome your sorrows?

I change my routine and clear my mind to see things from differently.

How did you enter the world of car racing?

We started in 2014 when I formed with a group of girls the first women’s Kart racing team.
