Porsche has developed a road safety programs for schools in 2016. It is supported by the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Education, and delivered by a team of experienced early educators in the facilities of the Kuwait Historical, Vintage & Classic Cars Museum. Students will participate in a practical, fun, and informative visit to the Car Museum City where they will be introduced to essential traffic and road safety skills. They will learn to drive a Porsche 911 Carrera pedal car safely around the specially designed indoor road circuit, complete with working traffic lights, roundabout, junctions, speed bumps, and a pedestrian crossing. They will also learn the rules of road safety and receive activity books and guides for reference. The program is free of cost for school children, with over 10,000 children expected to visit in 2016.
